PART 1. What kind of sorcery is this @jamieoliver?!? I don’t know what possessed you to try this, but it really does work🧀☕️ Definitely something to serve at a dinner party to wow your guests! Has anyone else tried this? Would you try it? As Jamie says, it’s the perfect combo of cheese (the cheddar is salty, tangy, umami) with the honey (sweet) and the coffee (fragrant, sweet and opens up your palate) to creat a supreme flavor explosion. As someone that puts honey on basically every cheese, I know that part would work, but I wasn’t expecting much with the coffee. But somehow it does. Kinda like cheese and chocolate.
