Ingredients
BACON BOUQUET
* 12 slices Bacon (24 for double roses)
* 2 tbsp Maple syrup
* 1 tbsp Brown sugar
* 1 tsp Black pepper
* 1 bunch Basil leaves
BACON ROSE BRUNCH BOARD INGREDIENTS
* 12 Bacon Roses
* 10-12 Eggs scrambled
* 10-12 slices Bread
* 1/2 cup Butter sliced
* 1/2 cup Jam
* 16 oz Strawberries
* 8 oz Blackberries
* 8 oz Raspberries
* 4 oz Pomegranate Seeds
* 2 Oranges, sliced
* 1 tbsp Chives chopped
* 2 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano grated

Instructions
* Preheat oven to 400 degrees  
* Take a strip of bacon, and starting at one end, roll it up tightly to form a rosette. Feel free to add another bacon strip layer for an even heftier looking rose. 
* Secure the bacon rose with two toothpicks to form a cross (as close to the bottom of one end as you can) 
* Space out the bacon roses on a wire rack on top of a foil lined baking sheet Brush bacon roses with maple syrup then sprinkle brown sugar and cracked black pepper 
* Bake until bacon is cooked all the way through, 20-30 minutes (40 for double-layered roses). Feel free to turn over or finish them off in a frying pan if needed. 
* Set aside and let cool; remove toothpicks. 
* Arrange bacon roses on a round salad platter to form a “bouquet” and place it in the center of your serving board. Place basil leaves under each bacon rose around the outside of the bouquet. 
* Next, start adding ingredients in small bowls around the edge of your round board. Use the bigger bowls for fruit like berries and the smaller ramekins for jam and small scale fruit like pomegranate seeds. You can also lay some fruit directly onto the board. 
* Add your warm ingredients like eggs last. I did one batch with chives on top and one with Parmigiano Reggiano. I generally like to have dairy and non-dairy options available. 
* Cut bread using a heart-shaped cookie cutter and toast. Serve and enjoy!

In my opinion, you can’t have boozy brunch without a good Bloody Mary. Mimosas are great too, but who doesn’t love a drink that basically comes with an entire appetizer as a garnish? Next time you have a brunch bash or a fun luncheon, set up this BYO bloody mary bar–go wild and see just how much your guests can load up on their cocktail sticks. And who can resist teeny tiny bottles of Tabasco? They also make great little party favors. Pro tip: Use metal cocktail sticks skewers so folks can really load up on goodies–they’re a lot sturdier than the wooden ones.

If you really want to blow your guests minds, serve this potato bar as a delicious, loaded appetizer! There are so many ways to serve it: Whether you go for sweet or russet potatoes, you can mash ’em’, bake ‘em, fry ‘em, bake ‘em twice…you name it! There’s really no wrong way to serve a potato–especially with all these toppings.

Ingredients
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 tbsp vegetable oil
* 2 tsp taco seasoning
* 16 oz Velveeta Cheese cubed
* 1 (10-oz) can Rotel Original
* Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions
* Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook, breaking up into pieces, until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Stir in the taco seasoning. 
* To the bowl of a slow cooker, add the browned beef, Velveeta, and Rotel; cook on low, stirring once or twice, until melted and combined, 90 minutes. 
* Serve dip warm with tortilla chips on the side.

While I’m not Jewish and don’t celebrate Passover with my family, it’s one of my favorite times of the year because of all the wonderful food and gatherings with friends. The most iconic menu item is of course matzo, so I wanted to come up with a couple recipes using the traditional Passover food since I won’t be able to attend any seders this year. Inspired by my recent crostini kick (like my Roasted Grape Crostini), I channeled my inner New Yorker for the Lox and Schmear Crostini and combined some of my favorite flavors for the Bruschetta Crostini.

Beer cheese is America’s answer to Fondue: it’s melty, delicious, and makes just about anything taste better.

Ingredients
* 1/4 cup unsalted butter
* 1/4 cup all purpose flour
* 3/4 tsp garlic powder
* 3/4 tsp onion powder
* 1/2 tsp mustard powder
* 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
* 3/4 cup milk
* 1 cup beer of your choice
* 2 cups grated cheddar
* 1 cup grated gruyere
* Pretzels for serving

Instructions
* In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the flour and stir constantly until a wet, sand-like texture forms, 3-5 minutes. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, and Worcestershire sauce; cook for another 30 seconds. Add the milk and beer and whisk until smooth. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, 30-60 seconds more. 
* Add a third of the cheddar and gruyere cheeses; whisk until melted and fully incorporated, about 1 minute. Repeat with remaining cheese. 
* Serve in a bowl with pretzels on the side for dipping.

Ingredients
* 1 (12-roll) package King's Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
* 6 slices ham halved
* 6 slices Swiss cheese halved
* 6 slices turkey halved
* 6 slices provolone cheese halved
* 4 tbsp unsalted butter
* 2 tbsp honey
* 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
* 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
* 1 tsp flaky salt (I like Maldon)
Instructions
* Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
* Remove rolls from package without breaking them apart into individual rolls. Slice crosswise to create a top and bottom layer. Arrange the bottom layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Top with ham in an even layer, then add even layers of Swiss, turkey, and provolone. Place the top layer of rolls over the ham and swiss. 
* Microwave the butter in a small microwave-safe bowl until melted. Once butter has melted, stir in honey, seasoning, and mustard. Drizzle or brush over tops of rolls. 
* Bake sandwiches until tops are golden brown and cheese is melty, about 15 minutes.

Instructions
* In a small bowl, combine the marzipan and food coloring until evenly incorporated. Add more food coloring, as needed, to reach the desired color. Make sure to add the coloring in small amounts, it’s easy to over do it! (pro tip: wear gloves when mixing in the color and molding the carrots unless you want orange hands.) 
* On a flat, clean surface, roll the marzipan out into a long, slim log and divide into even 2-inch segments. Shape each segment into carrot-like cone shapes.  
* Dip a toothpick in the cocoa powder, then use the coated toothpick to create grooves and lines to give the marzipan carrots a realistic, fresh-from-the-garden look. 
* To top it off, cut a parsley stem to resemble a carrot greens. I prefer parsley because it doesn’t have a super strong flavor, but you can use any stemmy green herb you have on hand! 
* Nestle the carrot on top of the icing alongside the chocolate bunny. Sprinkle the icing with walnuts or press them into the outside edge of the icing to create a delicious, nutty ring.y

While I’m not Jewish, Passover is one of my favorite times of the year because of all the wonderful food and gatherings with friends. The most iconic menu item is of course matzo, so I turned my viral Holiday Crack (aka”Christmas Crack”) recipe, which uses saltines, into a delicious sweet snack to bring to seder. You’ve probably even had a version of this “crack” before–it’s one of those treats that grandmas always have on hand! It’s super easy and super sharable.

Buffalo chicken dip is a classic app. This super easy big-batch version is perfect for parties because you can keep it warm and delicious for hours! Plus all you have to do is combine the ingredients in a crock pot and pretty much forget about it for an hour or 2. Multi-tasking anyone?
