You guys will love his nuts 😉 It’s originally from America’s Test Kitchen and he’s been making them for years. INGREDIENTS: 1 pound raw unsalted mixed nuts 1 large egg white 1 tablespoon water 1 teaspoon salt ½ cup sugar 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoons ground ginger 1 teaspoon ground coriander DIRECTIONS: - Preheat oven to 300 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick spray - Whisk together egg white, water and salt in a large bowl. Add nuts and toss to coat - Let nuts drain thoroughly in colander for 4 minutes - Mix sugar, and spices in a large bowl, add drained nuts and toss to coat. - Spread evenly on parchment baking sheet and cook for 40-45 minutes in the oven, rotating 180 degress halfway through - Let cool, break apart and ENJOY! tastemademedoit feedfeed food52 imsomarta LTKSeasonal LTKHoliday LTKGiftGuide
