Ingredients
2-3 (8-ounce) brie wheels, cold
Honey, for serving
Honey comb, for serving (optional)
Fresh rosemary sprigs, for serving (optional)
Crackers, for serving
Directions
Cut the rind off the Brie (save for another use if you like) and cut brie into cubes. Let brie come to room temperature.
Add brie to the base of a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy, about 5 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed. Transfer to a serving plate or bowl.
Top whipped brie with honey comb, if using, and drizzle with honey. Garnish with rosemary and serve with crackers on the side. (Alternatively, try using blueberry jam instead of honey and garnish with fresh thyme!)
