INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut the ends off of the oranges. Stand each fruit upright and use a sharp knife to cut off the peel and any white pith, following the curves of the fruit. Slice the citrus crosswise into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
2. Lay citrus on a platter, alternating between the different types, to create a mosaic of the different colors.
3. Tear pieces of burrata and place on the citrus.
4. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, pinch of salt, mint ribbons, and enjoy!
