A comedian made fun of this recipe a few years ago… and then the joke was on him because y’all tried it—and LOVED IT. 😂👏🏻

PA GLASSCOCK’S PORK CHOPS are back by request! This old-fashioned recipe went viral after a comedian got ahold of my original reel, but to everyone’s surprise, the comments quickly filled with people who actually made them and couldn’t believe how GOOD they were. So, by request, I filmed them again.

PA GLASSCOCK’S PORK CHOPS
🥩 Thin-cut pork chops
🧂 Seasoning of choice — I used 21 Salute
🥄 Duke’s mayonnaise
🥣 Rice Krispies cereal
Season the pork chops generously.
Cover each chop with Duke’s mayo, then coat with Rice Krispies cereal. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 35–45 minutes, depending on the thickness of your pork chops. I prefer thinner chops for this recipe.

The result? The perfect amount of CRUNCH on the outside while staying tender and juicy inside. 👌🏻

AP TIP: In the fall, I serve these with candied carrots, cooked turnip greens, mixed beans and cornbread.

🦅 Auburn Eagle’s Nest No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

This is my husband’s recipe, and it’s one our family and friends ask for over and over again! Sweet, peanut buttery, and made with oats, these cookies are perfect for sharing on game day. War Eagle! 🧡💙

Prep time: 25 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Makes: About 30 cookies
Ingredients:
* ½ cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
* 1¾ cups granulated sugar
* ½ cup milk
* ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
* 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
* 3¼ cups quick-cooking oats

Directions:
1. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Add the butter, sugar, and milk to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir as the butter melts, then bring the mixture to a full rolling boil.
3. Boil for 1 minute, then remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
4. Stir in the oats until evenly coated. Working quickly, drop spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.
5. Let the cookies cool until set, then enjoy!

🍕 UPSIDE-DOWN PIZZA CASSEROLE

This simple, comforting one-dish meal has been a favorite in our family for years! It’s delicious the first night, makes great leftovers and is perfect served with a Caesar salad. Save this recipe for an easy weeknight dinner!

INGREDIENTS:
• 1½ pounds ground beef
• Italian seasoning, to taste
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 2 cans marinara or tomato-basil sauce
• 1 stick butter, divided
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
• 1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
• 1 bag (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
• Pepperoni
• Fresh basil, if desired
• 2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
• ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. Season with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Drain if needed, then stir in the marinara or tomato-basil sauce. Set aside.
Melt ½ stick of butter in a separate skillet. Add the chopped green pepper and onion, then sauté until almost tender. Add the drained mushrooms and continue cooking for another few minutes. Spread the meat-and-sauce mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Layer the sautéed peppers, onions and mushrooms over the meat mixture. Spread the sour cream evenly over the vegetables, then sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese. Add pepperoni and fresh basil, if desired. Unroll the crescent-roll dough and arrange it over the top, gently pressing the seams together. Melt the remaining ½ stick of butter and brush it generously over the crescent-roll dough. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly around the edges and the crescent-roll topping is beautifully golden brown.

Let it rest for a few minutes before serving, and enjoy! Who else loves a simple family recipe that tastes just as good the next day? 🍕❤️
