Anyone else love a good glass of red wine before bed?

That has always been my “reward” for making it through the day after work and constantly wrangling 3 small children 😅

But the last few months, I’ve noticed I’m drinking more for an escape than enjoyment, so I’ve been trying to be extremely mindful of what/when/how much I consume.

I found that I love the routine more than the wine… I love getting my fancy glass out and sitting on the couch- it’s my version of “calling it a day.”

So I started looking for non-alcoholic things as a replacement. Something that would signify relaxing and that helps my anxiety and racing thoughts at night.

AND I HAVE FOUND THE BEST HACK EVER!
