Drink only water try to limit alcohol! Drinking out of a Stanley makes it easier for me! Plus I love this new yellow color☀️ 4. Comfortable shoes! I’ve tried so many brands and the Hoka Clifton 9 are the best IMO and make it feel like you’re walking on a cloud 5. Find a workout that works for you! For me while I’m breastfeeding it’s walking 45-60 min a day! Plus your baby can come with you! I love putting on a podcast and getting fresh air and my workout done all in one!
