Seriously, SO EASY! You could do this DIY wreath with any foliage (I think greenery and other dried flowers would be so pretty to incorporate!). In all fairness, I did repurpose an old wreath my MIL and I made 10 years ago - so you will need a grapevine wreath to get started! You can find those at any craft store for around $10!
