I rarely snack and when I do I make sure it’s protein packed, fresh fruit, veggies, yogurt…single ingredient Whole Foods. I dont track my food I don’t track my macros I don’t feel like crap after eating I’m never hungry between meals I never get the midnight munchies I fuel my body with nourishing whole foods that satisfy me and I do most things on repeat so it’s simple. I choose foods that are good for my mind, body, soul & spirit. Foods that are minimally processed I’m not perfect, I allow myself treats and eat out. I make the best healthy choices when I’m out or traveling. I eat like I would at home and don’t go off the rails. I prioritize my nutrition and how I fuel my body 80% of the time and I feel amazing 100% of the time!! I don’t drink alcohol, full sugar soda, energy drinks, pre-workouts I don’t eat refined sugar unless it’s a special occasion then I allow myself the sweet treat - guilt free! Intention & discipline is the way!!🙌 This is how YOU can make your body feel amazing 100% of the time! It takes some effort, planning and mindfulness but anyone can do it! Your body NEEDS fuel.
