I’m personally chasing muscle, strength, independence, longevity, power, mobility, hormone balance, energy, tone, confidence…. The list goes on… but “skinny” isn’t on it.

The body you’re looking for isn’t on the other side of calorie deficits, magic weight loss pills or elixirs or any other quick fix.

You have to commit and put in the work. Nothing comes easy. And being fit and healthy takes actual effort.
