The progression of my chest press over the last year and a half.. There’s been some struggle and plateau but I kept pushing for it and I finally reached 100 lbs this week! I was so excited! 2/3 of my body weight. It’s been a long journey with a cancer surgery and two month recovery in there but I achieved my goal. To lift 100lbs! Working really hard on good technique and form. Now I’m gunning for more! This is progressive overload. It feels amazing getting stronger! 💪 Never ever quit! Keep going! Age is just a number!
