Today I hit a new personal record—running 4 miles straight at my goal half marathon pace. 🏃🏼‍♀️✨

There’s something so rewarding about setting a goal, showing up consistently, and watching yourself become the person who can achieve it. One mile at a time.

Chasing dreams, building habits, and proving to myself that hard work adds up.

Running at the beach was a lovely change of scenery. Clocking-in my HM training from vacation. Im currently doing this 👇

1 long run (3-5 miles slowly building speed)
1 tempo run (.5 mile warm up then 1-1.5 miles at my desired HM pace which is 9 min per mile)
4 x 400m sprints (I was doing a 7 min pace to try to push my legs to move faster 🤣🤣)

These easy high-protein egg muffins are my go-to when I want to feel fueled, not frazzled.
Here’s what you need 👇🏼
• 24 little potatoes
• 10 eggs
• ¾ cup cottage cheese
• ½ cup Colby Jack cheese
• 1 lb turkey sausage
• 1 bell pepper
• 1 onion
• Salt + pepper
Protein. Carbs. Grab-and-go.
Make them once and your mornings are handled for the week.
