Running at the beach was a lovely change of scenery. Clocking-in my HM training from vacation. Im currently doing this š 1 long run (3-5 miles slowly building speed) 1 tempo run (.5 mile warm up then 1-1.5 miles at my desired HM pace which is 9 min per mile) 4 x 400m sprints (I was doing a 7 min pace to try to push my legs to move faster š¤£š¤£) Training courtesy from my friend @katie ā¤ļø LTKfitnessgoals LTKActive LTKTravel
