I turned 40 and it ended up being the sweetest, most simple day 🤍 The day before my birthday Chance and I kept our little tradition and went for a couples massage (the only thing I ask for every year 😂). Afterwards we grabbed brunch downtown since he actually had a free morning. On my actual birthday I started the day with my favorite Hotworx workout (Hot Barre None) and a quick weights session… then made a Starbucks run for my favorite order, bacon & gruyère egg bites and my iced sugar-free caramel protein latte. The rest of the day was full of all my favorite little things: • listening to a new Audible book on my drive and walk • catching up on comments and course work • chatting with my beta course girls on our call • helping at the middle school cheer clinic • being surprised with cupcakes and a sweet gift from a friend • Mexican for dinner (because obviously 🌮) • coming home to flowers from my agency and cute graphic tees from Chance Nothing extravagant… just a really good day that reminded me how grateful and blessed I am for this life, my family, and this amazing community here.
