Morning ritual 💛 Infusing mindful routines right when I wake up has definitely brought joy and happiness into my days. As soon as I awake, I only check my phone to see the time, then drink a full glass of water. Then comes listening to a meditation on Insight Timer and then free writing thoughts in my journal. Somewhere in between there’s a kiss for my husband and trip to the bathroom. Then I always make the bed - at the moment our favorite bedding is from super soft and cozy @splendidla.
