Story time. As those who prey on tourists do, these roses were thrust into my hands at the Spanish Steps. I politely declined but he wouldn’t take them back. I told David, “He’s gonna try to get money out of you.” . We took a few photos and the rose vendor came up all offended. To which I politely invited him to take his roses back. And he did😜 .
