Brie Cheese ( cubed )
Fig Jam
Phyllo Shells by @athens_foods
Fresh Thyme ( for garnishing )

Spoon your fig jam on top of each shell, top with a cubed Brie cheese and garnish some thyme on top! Place each piece on a cooking pan at 350 and cook for 5-8 minutes! When the shells are golden and the cheese is melted…they’re ready! Serve right away! So easy!

1. Hang your rod high, almost to the ceiling. It draws the eye up and makes the whole room feel taller and more airy.
2. Go wide with your rod so the panels sit off the glass when open. More light comes in and your windows look bigger.
3. Always size up on length. Curtains that kiss the floor or pool just slightly feel so much softer than ones that stop short.
4. Choose a light filtering fabric with a little texture. You keep your privacy without losing that soft glow, and linen brings the warmth every time.
