We all love a good peel, mask or hydrating serum, but if you’re not consistent with vitamin c + sunscreen for AM, retinol PM and peptides, don’t even think about those. @drunkelephant Protini Polypeptide Cream has 9 peptides to support collagen and give my skin hydration and bounce. #DrunkElephantPartner For nutrition, it’s 100g of protein and 30g of fiber. How I wash my African Net Sponge! Rinse, squeeze out the water then hang dry when you’re done showering. For weekly washing I put it in a washing bag on delicate with hot water then hang to dry! You can also hand wash with vinegar and hot water! Also reminder: do not use this to clean down there 😂

Gave myself an at home facial for some self care on Saturday! I cleanse my face then do my Shani Darden acid peel then my lymphatic drainage massage, (I’ve taken bits of other people’s massage routines to build my own) then I ice for inflammation, depuffing and collagen production. I use the Shani Darden acid peel for any big event to make my skin look flawless! You can use it once every two weeks or once a month. Sephora also sells the individual packet!
