Love my cakes! Tried stick-on covers. It did not go well for anyone involved. 😂These are seamless, non-sticky in the center (genius!) and the nips are marked safe from the skin ripping crimes. The non sticky ones are perfect for fitted shirts tanks and sport bras.

Went to a black tie wedding and wore this dress- it’s LONGGGG so if you’re not tall you’ll need a hem! I got it last minute and I’m 5’4” and had to hold my dress like this the whole time 😂😂😂 also I am due to exchange the Chanel bag- I’m SO GLAD I did the rental because I’ve taken this bag to every single event I’ve been to the last month! I found the perfect lip combo! Matte but smooth but kinda sheer but hydrating it’s PERFECT. reminds me of the Violette Bisou balm! But IT IS DRUGSTORE! L’Oreal!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 I was trying to get that Nina Park lip but for old folks 😂 COLOR: 590 BLUSHING BERRY IN THE NEW BLURRED MATTE FORMULA. My skin routine for when I need my skin to look really good for an event or pictures! I also ice my skin after the lymphatic drainage- forgot to show that :) Does anyone else feel like after 40, you suddenly don’t know what you might look like when you wake up from day to day? I dont know what I’m gonna wake up to. 😂 This guarantees that even after a night of crying or lack of sleep I will feel good about my skin that day.

Order of usage below:

1. Cleanse
2. Exfoliate + clay mask
3. Hydrating Toner 1
4. Hydrating Toner 2
5. Lymphatic drainage (each move 15x)
6. Ice roller cryoball
7. (I use La Mer original moisturizer as my eye cream and pm all over. I put it on my eyes first for my eczema & to combat irritation from products)
8. Vitamin c
9. Lightweight Moisturizer (optional, depending on my skin that day)
10. Sunscreen

To make my makeup last all day:
1. Danessa Myricks blurring balm as a primer- just on my t zone and acne scarring on cheeks
2. Nars eyeshadow primer on lids and lower lashline, set with powder shadow
3. One size on til dawn setting spray.

First I start with the NARS eyeshadow primer so makeup will last, then the Merit Minimalist stick for concealer, and foundation then the same stick in color ‘cacao’ for contour. The Patrick Ta Double-Take blush in ‘She’s Flushed’ then I set everything with the Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Liquid Blurring Spray for a mattifying look. Follow with a little color powder to finish the look!

We all love a good peel, mask or hydrating serum, but if you’re not consistent with vitamin c + sunscreen for AM, retinol PM and peptides, don’t even think about those. Drunk Elephant Protini Polypeptide Cream has 9 peptides to support collagen and give my skin hydration and bounce. For nutrition, it’s 100g of protein and 30g of fiber. And for movement, 10k steps a day and Pilates w/ weights 3x a week. Consistency with a few things is key for me!

I love when you do random thungs and it ends up being so good!
I added leftover roasted cubed sweet potatoes and egg yolk to Maddie's patties and it's so good I'm gonna keep doing it. I've been premaking her patties (chicken, beef or turkey) for easy protein for breakfast or lunch.
Ground Beef or chicken or turkey, diced Onion, minced Garlic, S+p, desired Spices, a couple Egg yolks, chopped parsley, Cubed roasted sweet potatoes. Mix up to Form patties, cook, then freeze or they keep in fridge for a few days. Toss in pan to heat when you're ready!
