Without a doubt for me it's bear crawls omg I hate them so much.

Two things: one, don't let anyone tell you lifting light weights does nothing because this upper body was so challenging! Going until muscle is exhausted is crazy hard work. Two: showing you my hardest moments lest you think I am really good at this. I am just trying to get stronger each time.

Dress for spring events! Mother’s Day, water, wedding guest.

Ok but my favorite shoe right now is 1000% a high vamp (covers more of the instep) . today’s take on a ballet flat, sling back, pump. It can have an almond round, square or pointy toe. It INSTANTLY feels modern, although it’s just a throwback to the 80’s and I love it! I have a few but I had to grab these flats- so comfy! TRAVEL FIT

When you're consistent with spf, add vitamin c. Once you've got those down, add peptides.
NIGHT:
Be consistent w/ Retinol + peptides
If you're not doing these first, don't bother with another thing!

We all love a good peel, mask or hydrating serum, but if you’re not consistent with vitamin c + sunscreen for AM, retinol PM and peptides, don’t even think about those. And for movement, 10k steps a day and Pilates w/ weights 3x a week. Consistency with a few things is key for me!

Makeup for mature skin that won’t cake! First I start with the NARS eyeshadow primer so makeup will last, then the Merit Minimalist stick for concealer, and foundation then the same stick in color ‘cacao’ for contour. The Patrick Ta Double-Take blush in ‘She’s Flushed’ then I set everything with the Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Liquid Blurring Spray for a mattifying look. Follow with a little color powder to finish the look!

When I don’t know what to wear my go-to is always a sweater and jeans and my favorite sweaters are Quince! I love this light weight cashmere sweater so much I bought it in 3 colors! The jeans are 65% organic cotton with a little stretch, high waisted but not too high, and no waist gap. I love Quince’s v neck sweaters, they’re oversized but still tuckable.
