For those asking, Fit with Coco Method! I used to do peloton Pilates but switched to coco because she incorporates weights. She has an app with programs and single workouts and meal plans. At the very least I'll do one of her single full body 2-3 days a week so I hit all the muscle groups, but I love her full programs. She has a free week trial but if you're on a budget there are a ton of instructors who offer free mat Pilates workouts on YouTube! I also walk 45 min a day (can be broken up) and it's been a game changer for me. LTKActive LTKOver40
