It’s not a windbreaker, it’s an actual raincoat and protects you from rain and wind! You won’t even need an umbrella with it because the hood is so protective. I also love the sleeve detail!

(I know some experts say that’s not a recognized term but it works for me, please talk to your med professional for recs). I follow Dr. Mary Claire, and have her book The New Menopause, and Dr. Lara Briden’s book Hormone Repair Manual. Cleanse and I always start with La Mer original cream around my eyes for my eczema as a barrier and for calming inflammation (been doing it for 15 years!) then Essence, snail mucin, vitamin c, moisturizer all over when needed (in the summer I sometimes skip and go straight to sunscreen) and sunscreen
