The past few months have been incredibly overwhelming for most. I've found myself struggling to cope with major changes in my life, leading to increased anxiety and depression. Self-care was never part of my daily routine, but lately I've been trying to take time for myself so that I can sit with my thoughts and fully work through my emotions. A relaxing bubble bath, a glass of moscato, and an hour spent journaling helps me center myself in times of stress.
