• Charcuterie of your favorite snacks, chocolate, & wellness drinks— (you know, the kinds you don’t wanna share with your kids) while binging a good show.

• Make a whole evening of a good skincare routine— use all the products at your disposal. Take your time and be intentional with your skin’s needs.

• Bath time, but make it extra— dim the lights, turn on a sunset or salt lamp, light a candle, use all the bath salts, play your favorite chill playlist or watch your favorite comfort show.
