Take your time and be intentional with your skin’s needs. • Bath time, but make it extra— dim the lights, turn on a sunset or salt lamp, light a candle, use all the bath salts, play your favorite chill playlist or watch your favorite comfort show. ☁️Tip: Add a couple (or all 5) sensory elements to each of these moments to help calm your nervous system-- light a candle, soft rug or blanket, dim light, music, favorite treat.
