On my journey to bring my iron levels back up 💪 I’ve been anemic for years, and after seeing a nutritionist last week I’m being more mindful of what I eat. I liked that her plan was doable. My meals are packed with iron and Vitamin C now. I’ve tried IV infusions and some medications before, but I’m going this route now which I feel would be better. It’s more about being consistent. So let’s see how things will look in October. Yesterday I got burgers for my kids and I made myself a turkey wrap with spinach, tomatoes, and mandarins on the side. It wasn’t easy 😂 but I enjoyed my food😍 Have you heard of basil seeds? I saw it on a reel and decided to give it a try. It has 2x the iron, fiber, calcium and potassium. You mix it with water and let it sit for 5 min only. The seeds by themselves are plain in flavor, but rich in nutrients. LTKmorningroutine LTKfoodie LTKstorytime
