Honestly, I have no idea and have never really known the answer to this question. I had two main goals: 1. I want to feel comfortable wearing shorts and sleeveless tops because it’s v hot in Houston. AND 2. I want to feel confident wearing a swimsuit. Neither of those give me a number on the scale but instead put a smile on my face. ⠀

I have loved my health journey and what it has taught me about myself and my habits. My biggest encouragement is find what works for you. This may not be for everyone, but it has changed my life. Had this pandemic happened a year ago, I would’ve undone all of my hand work. I didn’t have healthy habits, I had a diet plan that faltered at any sudden change: a vacation, a girls trip, a snow day, a sad day etc. you get the point. But I have to pat myself on the back, I’m hanging on and am so grateful for all that I have learned over these past months.
