😴 Nightstand! Day 26 of the aullorganizedchallenge 👀 Take a few moments today to look at that table next to your bed. Does it help create feelings of calm, rest and relaxation? Or is it a catchall of every book, magazine, candy wrapper and lip balm you’ve used for the past few years? 🍫 Not to brag, but I love to cram Reeses wrappers in the back of my drawer while I binge watch trash tv. Because when they’re out of sight I can convince myself eating 75% of a miniatures family size bag didn’t happen. Follow for more health and fitness tips. 💡 ☝🏻 ANYWAY! Take a look at your bedside table and see what you can do to CREATE THE CALM we all need these days 🧘🏻♀️ - Empty the drawers/surface - Re-home items that no longer belong - Throw away the trash - Only put items back that you NEED, USE and LOVE. Everyone is different.
