we spend most of our time chasing the next race, the next pr, the next goal. and somewhere in between all of that, we forget to just be.☁️

no apps. no emails. no content to post. cold plunges, forest walks, a hat i designed myself, and conversations we hadn’t made time for in months.

2.5 years together and we were still learning things about each other. that only happened because we removed everything competing for our attention.
