Mama (n): one’s mother (especially a child’s term). What does the meaning of the title Mama mean to you? What are the priorities you have set for your family as the Mama? What are the foundations you build and shape your children’s life on? Do your actions reflect these priorities, and foundations? . Every Mama has different priorities, values, and practices. Each Mama takes care in choosing these for her household. Unfortunately, the beauty and chaos of Mamahood can get in the way of putting these values into practice. . As part of my weekly routine, I’ve made it a practice to reflect on the past week to understand what I might’ve let get in the way of my priorities. After all, they aren’t priorities unless I make them so. The road blocks are usually causing issues in many areas of my life, so it’s important to acknowledge what they are and try something new until I’ve conquered and made these priorities a habit.
