This is how I pray every time I’m at the breast center or anytime someone asks me for a prayer (except I had to cut off so much of it or this video would be 10 minutes long)

Prayers up for a clean mammo. They actually had to redo my mammogram today which scared the heck outta me. Like ahhhhh but I had to wait like 2 extra hours so I used that time to pray that fear right away. Please please check your girls tonight!!!!! 🙏🏼🩷

Ahhhhhh… tomorrow’s my first mammogram since beating breast cancer, and wow… the SCANXIETY. 🥹

I truly believe God has me, but walking back into the breast center is always a lot. Focusing on praise, keeping my nervous system calm, and taking good care of myself.

I’ve been using the @tatcha Matcha Foam Cleanser for my weekly everything shower, and it truly gets you squeaky clean. And as always, if I had to choose one moisturizer for the rest of my life, it would be the Dewy Skin Cream.

Anyway… I’d really, really appreciate your prayers for a clear mammo tomorrow. 🩷 And as always, don’t forget to check your girls.

desperately trying to get back my energy and find my spark ✨ I know it’s out there somewhere. Came back to Dallas for a day to get back to working on the interior design for our house. We’ve been on a 1.5 year break and I’m soooooo beyond words excited. A home 🥹 with furniture and wall paper and everything! I can hardly wait. Got a new whip @denagoev and had to hit up my go to plaza in Dallas. I came here minimum once a day before I got sick. It took me almost 5 full minutes to remember my coffee order but we got there and it was even better than I could have remembered. EVERYTHING IS NOW.

Walking a mile in our heels is the easiest thing we’ve done all year!

Leading the survivors parade at the Kentucky Oaks brought up every emotion and let me tell you I’ve got a lot of them… Joy, fear, grief, hope…
152 of us survivors and thrivers (same as the number of @kentuckyderbys), walked the infield to honor our fight with breast and ovarian cancer.
Everyone wears pink to the Kentucky Oaks as it’s the day the girl horses race. It just makes the whole day feel even more special. 🩷 The survivors walk is at the very heart of it 🥹🩷 I’m praying over and believing for every single one of these amazing women. And we also need to pray for that sweet woman that the reporter mentioned too. We need her to lead the next parade!
This is the first year that @churchilldowns has partnered with a national organization, @bcrfcure , to help raise funds and awareness.
I am forever grateful to @lorealparis and BCRF for making me part of this wonderful day. 🥹🫶🏼🩷 ily

ancer treatment is life-altering in a way that’s hard to explain. I went through it as an adult and am still struggling to make sense of it all. No child should ever have to walk this road.

Guys I keep waiting to feel like my old self again. And I’m starting to think she’s probably not coming back. But maybe that’s a good thing???

The past 15 months are a lot to process but God got me through those and I trust he will show up again. 🙏

Just know, if you’re struggling mentally, you’re not alone…I’m right there with you.

Prayers appreciated as I ease back into work and rebuild strength. Life is hard but God is good.
