Ahhhhhh… tomorrow’s my first mammogram since beating breast cancer, and wow… the SCANXIETY. 🥹 I truly believe God has me, but walking back into the breast center is always a lot. Focusing on praise, keeping my nervous system calm, and taking good care of myself. I’ve been using the @tatcha Matcha Foam Cleanser for my weekly everything shower, and it truly gets you squeaky clean. And as always, if I had to choose one moisturizer for the rest of my life, it would be the Dewy Skin Cream.
