When the weather got chilly in Tokyo, I leaned into layered monochrome pieces. Monochrome is all the rage in Japan, and I wanted to fit in as much as possible while still showing my personal style. For this look, I started with my basic cream old navy tee, then added a cream crew neck. My favorite buy of the trip were these flowy khakis which gave a chic look to any outfit. I linked a similar pair from lululemon below. I also love my Onitsuka Tigers - they go with everything and are comfortable. You can’t beat that. I also love (and still use) my Uniqlo bag daily.
