Literally one of the only ways my picky eater (she’s 10!) will eat greens. I also make a lot of smoothies (but I’ve been slacking this year) & give her green juice but honestly, the most greens she’ll eat is about 3 spinach leaves & it takes her 30 minutes 😬😩😅 I also added bananas, pumpkin, flax & hemp seeds to this You can add this greens powder to any muffin recipe but I like a sourdough discard the best! motherhood LTKSeasonal LTKHome LTKWatchNow
