Is it extra? Yes. Do we care? ✨ no ✨ It is so easy to get wrapped up in administrative tasks when you work an office job, which can lead to 8+ hours of being sedentary. It is so important to take breaks and move your body, and not all of us have the opportunity to go on a walk outside. These items are tried and true and I love them being in my office. Taking 5 minute breaks throughout the day to stretch/use a foam roll, or to get in a few reps with the dumbbells/mini bands/resistance bands can make a huge difference in your lifestyle. And I won’t even get started on how much the walking pad has changed the game with my steps. Don’t let being an office girly allow you to become complaint with an inactive lifestyle!
