Is it extra? Yes. Do we care? ✨ no ✨ It is so easy to get wrapped up in administrative tasks when you work an office job, which can lead to 8+ hours of being sedentary. It is so important to take breaks and move your body, and not all of us have the opportunity to go on a walk outside. These items are tried and true and I love them being in my office. Taking 5 minute breaks throughout the day to stretch/use a foam roll, or to get in a few reps with the dumbbells/mini bands/resistance bands can make a huge difference in your lifestyle.
