Best toy ever right here at Walmart! My MIL purchased this for my first child when he was about 1 or 2 and it’s lasted 12 years and counting! Let grandma buy this for your kids lol. Or get one yourself, it’s worth every penny and all our little friends love it too. My youngest is 7 and she’s just now outgrowing it so I feel nostalgic and needed to share. Yellow sweater size large. Navy sweater with the floral/heart design is size medium. Heart fairisle cardigan size XL (would do a large). Fleece tunic with the turtleneck is a large, would prefer a medium or small, it’s oversized. Blue fleece tts small. Pink bow fleece size large (would prefer a medium but the large was good too). So good for mental focus, brain health, and honestly my soul. Rekindling a love of music and a past passion has been incredibly grounding.

I’m no expert, but this mindful movement has been amazing for regulating my nervous system. I do a free 15-minute flow on YouTube every day and have stuck with it for 3 months now — which says a lot.

Some gentle grounding poses and stretches each day to reduce stress and anxiety. I don’t push — I just show up.

📖 Daily devotional
This one takes only 7 minutes a day and includes a short Bible-focused reading with a few reflection prompts. Simple, meaningful, doable.

💊 Iron + Vitamin C
This combo has helped keep my iron levels in the green as someone who does routine bloodwork for anemia (always consult your doctor).

🌙 Magnesium
I’ve taken this for years on my naturopath’s recommendation, and I can definitely feel the difference when I stop.

✨ Clarins skincare
Not cheap, but one bottle lasts me about 6 months — and it genuinely makes my skin look and feel so good.

🎨 Drawing with the kids
Instead of just bookmarking things I see online, we doodle them together. Fun, creative, and surprisingly relaxing.
