I’m not going to lie, I did not spend time getting dressed today. I threw on my scrubs and went to work. I wasn’t running late but I didn’t feel great and that stuck around most of the day. . . . . I came home and had chicken noodle soup and comfortable food. I called it a self care afternoon/evening. I’ll work on being put together tomorrow. . .
