This Summer Pasta has been a favorite in my family forever! You only cook the pasta and mix it in with a fresh bruschetta! Here are the details!
Summer Pasta
Ingredients:
• 1 lb linguini
• 3 large tomatoes, diced small
• 1/2 cup fresh basil, sliced thin
• 8 oz Parmigiano Reggiano or Parmesan, cubed small
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguini “al dente” according to package directions.
While the pasta cooks, toast pine nuts in a pan over medium heat until golden, stirring often. In a large bowl add tomatoes, basil, Parmesan, garlic, pine nuts, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss to combine.
Drain the hot pasta and immediately add it to the tomato mixture. Add olive oil and mix well until everything is evenly combined and the cheese starts to soften.
Serve warm with an extra drizzle of olive oil on top.

This is the dress you guys were asking about. It’s comfy, it’s light and airy and a soft quality. You can wear it as it is (it’s not see thru) or with a slip underneath if you prefer. In this picture I’m wearing it without a slip and I’m a size small for reference.

GRWM for a beach day…and the best Boozy Buckets!

Tropical Beach Bucket:
- 1/2 cup Frozen fruit (I used a blend of strawberries, peaches and pineapple)
- 2 oz of Malibu
- 2 oz of Peach Schnapps
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 can Peach Pineapple Bloom
- Ice
Grab a little beach bucket (the ones I used are linked here, and fill it half way with ice, add frozen fruit, add liquors, juice and top with Bloom! Enjoy!
