Sometimes when I start working on a room, I am really not sure how it will work out... so I just trudge on and pray for the best. Sometimes it works out, and sometimes it doesn't but being as stubborn as I am I just pretend I love it... just ask Chris about the time I painted out living room marine blue and he called it the "Under the Sea Room." I played along with loving it for over a year and finally just couldn't take it anymore. Thankfully this time my fears were put to rest when I started working in Emmy's new room, and painted the walls aqua mist by Clark & Kensington from @acehardware. I let Emmy pick the color, and she selected this one out of the entire fan deck, and she knew she wanted it paired with brighter colors in the textiles. I have to hand it to her... it's working for me. Actually, it's more than working for me! I am thinking of just handing over my instagram account and blog to her, because clearly she knows what she's doing. It's still pretty bare as this is just progress, but I am loving it so far! I also wanted to remind you to share your textiles for #howyouhome this week! I've tagged the hosts in the photo above. You can find the look here--> http://liketk.it/2pp1m @liketoknow.it #liketkit
