Roll: Start rolling from one end to the other, securing the base as you go. 5. Finish: Gently spread the “petals” to create a rose shape. Salami Rosettes ⬇️ 1. Stack: Lay out a few slices of salami in a straight line, slightly overlapping each other. 2. Roll: Roll the entire line of salami slices into a tight spiral. 3. Secure: Use a toothpick to hold the rosette together.
