🍓🫜💗Strawberry Beetroot Almond Milk 💗🫜🍓
Ingredients
1 cup almonds
½ cup chopped strawberries (around 4-6 strawberries)
2-3 Medjool dates, pitted
1 Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Beetroot Powder
½ teaspoon spring salt
Directions
Remove the Top and let it rest in the Collector Cup. Fill the Almond Cow base to the MIN line (5 cups) filtered water. Add the spring salt. Remove the Filter Cup and fill with the almonds, strawberries, medjool dates, maple syrup and beetroot powder. Attach the Filter Cup to the top and twist following the direction of the close arrow. Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button to activate. When the green light stops, your pink milk treat is ready! Enjoy 💗🍓🫜✨

Butternut Squash Soup
Ingredients:
1 Butternut Squash
3 Cups Vegetable Broth
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper. Cut the butternut squash in half length wise. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Bake for approximately 40-50 min or until soft when poked with a fork. Scrape the inside of the butternut squash halves into a blender along with the vegetable broth. Blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite soup bowl, garnish if desired with pumpkin seeds, a sprinkle of pepper, and parsley. Enjoy 🥣

SO many memories were made during our family trip to @destinfwb! #hosted Destin-Fort Walton Beach has long been a favorite destination of ours 🌊🐬🏝️ Meredith wanted to head back for her birthday and it was Maximus’s first time seeing the ocean which made this trip extra special. 🐚☀️

Destin-Fort Walton Beach is an amazing family friendly beach destination. Located in the panhandle of #florida, there is something for all ages to enjoy and they do a great job offering activities that get families out and into the water. A great resource to check out is the Little Adventures program.

The Little Adventures Program offers a chat feature on Destin-Fort Walton Beach’s website where trained local moms assist families in selecting and booking their packs and plans. 🥧✨Pecan Pie Bars recipe✨🥧
Base ingredients:
1 cup @natureseats Pecan Flour
1 cup @natureseats Almond Flour
3 tbsp organic refined coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup nut butter or oat butter
3 tbsp organic maple syrup
1 tsp organic vanilla extract
¼ tsp fine ground sea salt

Topping ingredients:
12 large organic medjool dates
1 cup pecan halves
1 tbsp water
Extra pecans for the top of each bar

Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine the base ingredients together and press the mixture into a greased and parchment lined loaf pan.
To make the topping, blend the dates, pecans and water. Once fully combined, spread on top of the base and top with pecans. Refrigerate until set.
Cut into bars and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week.
