When styling a simple outfit, It’s all about proportions 🤍

Barrel leg trousers add width through the hip, which makes them a great silhouette for balancing an inverted triangle shape. But you don’t need to be an inverted triangle to wear them, if you’re wearing a wider-leg or barrel-leg trouser, a cropped jacket is a really easy way to balance the proportions, define your waist and create more of an hourglass effect.

It’s a simple styling trick that makes a big difference to how the whole outfit feels.

Shopping the summer sales for autumn wardrobe pieces 🤎 I found two designer jackets I’d been looking for and saved £944 compared with full price. My best summer sale shopping tip? Don’t buy something just because it’s heavily discounted, identify the gaps in your autumn/winter wardrobe first, then look for your favourite designers in the sale - so excited about this Acne Studios blazer find!
