Two things that have kept me functioning this pregnancy: my pregnancy pillow and my weekly workouts! I went from training five days a week pre-pregnancy to zero exercise for months - just lots of eating, sleeping, and (inevitably) weight gain. My hips really started to struggle, so halfway through my second trimester I started pregnancy yoga and Pilates twice a week, and it’s been a total game changer.
