My first PR event in a longgg time and it was so much fun! Thanks for having me @marksandspencer 💖

Two things that have kept me functioning this pregnancy: my pregnancy pillow and my weekly workouts!

I went from training five days a week pre-pregnancy to zero exercise for months - just lots of eating, sleeping, and (inevitably) weight gain.

My hips really started to struggle, so halfway through my second trimester I started pregnancy yoga and Pilates twice a week, and it’s been a total game changer. I can feel the difference if I miss even one class 🤯

Thank you @cushypuff for the invite to this gorgeous class - the perfect excuse to show off my new workout outfit 💕

Your second trimester is supposed to be your fun one… but my third is where I’m finally thriving! Only a few weeks to go, but I’m feeling the best I’ve felt all pregnancy and I’m finally out of tracksuits and into some cute little outfits 😍
