I pulled my hair back, then used the wax stick to slick it back, then put some glitter on a Q-tip and spread out on my hair where I wanted it

I just got these Kane recovery shoes to wear day to day post runs and I’m already in love with them!
I’ve always had recovery slides or flip flops so I’m glad I now have more supportive ones.

I had a 10 mile track workout this morning so I knew today’s fit would be a comfy one! And this Amazon outfit did not disappoint!!

My go-to everyday running shoe! This is my main trainer that I use for my easy runs. I’ve used this model for a decade and love everything about this shoe!

I also have a Road ID that I slide on it with my name, husband and mom’s numbers, blood type and allergies
