A couple weeks ago I posted on my TikTok a video of me fueling for a long run… And there were so many people who were like “OMG, I could never eat all that before a run!” Or my favorite - “wow I could run that far with zero food” Ok there Kyle, good for you 🤣 Here’s the thing… I could too. But I don’t want to. Think about how much faster and how better you could feel if you fueled properly. You’re leaving speed, recovery, and adaptations on the table by under-fueling. So I’ll just be over here downing the carbs and crushing my paces while trying to not get struck by lightning at the track😂 Do you eat before runs? 👉 I won’t even run 3 miles early without an applesauce pouch in the tank.
