We are quickly approaching the #last90days of the year. There was one goal that I had to start this year that I have continued to struggle with, my health and fitness. So instead of saying “hey I’ll just start next year, I’m going to give it everything I got in the #last90days so that when 2020 arrives I can alright start out with a bang and continue to progress.
So here is what I’m banging out in the #last90days:
1. Better eating habits.
2. Workout at least 2 times a week.
3. Up an hour before the kiddos for some self care.
My why is because my kiddos need their mama around. I want to chase them in the backyard without getting winded, last longer then 5 minutes in a soccer match and because the way I’m living will only continue to hurt me and I need to take care of this precious body that give me the two best miracles of my life.
