http://liketk.it/2F04P We are quickly approaching the last90days of the year. There was one goal that I had to start this year that I have continued to struggle with, my health and fitness. So instead of saying “hey I’ll just start next year, I’m going to give it everything I got in the last90days so that when 2020 arrives I can alright start out with a bang and continue to progress. So here is what I’m banging out in the last90days: 1. Better eating habits. 2. Workout at least 2 times a week. 3. Up an hour before the kiddos for some self care. My why is because my kiddos need their mama around. I want to chase them in the backyard without getting winded, last longer then 5 minutes in a soccer match and because the way I’m living will only continue to hurt me and I need to take care of this precious body that give me the two best miracles of my life. So wants to join in on last90daychallenge? It can be anything you want to achieve.
