Moisture and strength are non-negotiables for length✨

Once I started paying attention to balancing moisture + protein based on what my hair actually needed, my hair started feeling stronger, healthier, and easier to manage overall ✨

Especially because I occasionally use heat on my hair, learning that balance made a huge difference for me.

And even if you have a routine or schedule, there should always be room to reevaluate what your hair needs along the way.

If your hair constantly feels overly soft, weak, breaks easily, lacks elasticity, or seems dry again shortly after moisturizing… you may need a better balance of moisture & protein use in your products.

Length retention can also be affected by multiple things, so one routine doesn’t fit all but learning to better understand your own hair will get you to length goals Alot faster 💫

Shrinkage isn’t the problem 🤍
Skipping the stretch step is.

When I style on fully shrunken hair:
• styles don’t last
• tangles increase
• length feels “stuck”
• manipulation goes up

But when I stretch first (heatless or low heat):

✨ breakage decreases
